09:00 - 09:30 Swimming Pool
10:00 - 11:00 Breakfast for Alkaline Fasting Participants / Fresh Juice for Buchinger Fasting Participants
12:00 - 13:00 Yogalates (a combination of Yoga & Pilates, 3x per week)
13:00 - 15:00 Rest and liver compress
15:00 - 16:30 Guided Forest Hiking
16:30 - 18:00 Relaxation in the pool, sauna or infrared cabin
17:00 - 17:30 Aqua Gym (1x per week)
18:00 - 19:00 Alkaline Meal for Alkaline Fasting Participants / Vegetable Broth for Buchinger Fasting Participants
19:00 - 19:45 Fasting Talk
20:15 - 20:45 Evening Relaxation (meditation, fantasy journeys, autogenic training, progressive muscle relaxation)
